Fathers at the Forefront: Strengthening Engagement in Early Childhood Settings

This training will explore the importance of father engagement in early childhoodsettings, highlighting its impact on children's development and family dynamics. Participantswill examine common barriers to father involvement and learn practical strategies to create moreinclusive, welcoming environments. The session will cover effective communication techniques,program adaptations, and community partnerships that support and encourage fathers' activeparticipation. Through interactive discussions and real-world case studies, educators will leavewith actionable steps to strengthen father engagement and foster meaningful connections thatbenefit children, families, and early learning programs.
